Service Projects
Apex's service activities are carried out by the individual clubs themselves. Clubs focus their work according to the needs of the community whom they are working with. They co-operate closely with the authorities, overseas Apex Clubs and other service organizations to maximize their impact.

Locally, Apex Clubs in Singapore carry out service work namely:
- Programmes for the Elderly
- Programmes for Youth and Children
- Environment
- Cultural & Community Awareness
National Service Projects
Where all clubs join together to conduct or carry out a service or project, these are known as National Service Projects.
Currently, we have two permanent projects - the Apex Day Care Centre and Apex Harmony Lodge.
